Toywright Co. runs toywrightco.com. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, the toys you bought and the amount you paid. You enter these on our checkout page, which is run by Stripe.
- Card details: Stripe collects and stores them. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your cart: saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out, and then only the toys and quantities.
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Our site doesn't set cookies of its own, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your emails, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires, like tax records. We don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take your payment.
- The warehouse that packs your toy and the delivery carrier: your name, shipping address, phone number and email, so they can deliver it.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website and order records.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, returns, refunds and our legal and tax records, then delete them.
Your choices
Email support@toywrightco.com to get a copy of your information, fix it, or delete it (except what the law makes us keep). We answer within 30 days, and we never treat you differently for asking.
We don't track you across other websites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don't change anything here.
Children
We sell toys to parents and other adults. Our store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, email support@toywrightco.com and we'll delete it.
Security
Every page and the checkout use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments run on Stripe, which meets the card industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1).
Changes
If anything here changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
